Food Safety Net Ireland was established to assist Food Businesses to operate in a safe and compliant environment. Whilst Food Safety legislation has been broken down into the IS 340 Hygiene for the Catering Sector and the IS 341 Hygiene in Retail and Wholesale, these standards are open to interpretation. Food Safety Net Ireland has taken these standards and created an entire package for its customers to use easily and effectively within their Business.

Finola is the owner of Food Safety Net Ireland and has worked in the Hospitality, Catering and Retailing Industries for over 20 years. An honours graduate of Hotel Management and a postgraduate in Quality Management, she had worked in various hotels in Ireland and abroad. She has worked with contract caterers gaining extensive experience in managing hospital and factory contracts. She has also worked with the Food Retail Industry (convenience fresh foods, delicatessens and supermarkets) developing and auditing food safety management quality systems and training programmes.

She is a highly qualified Trainer and Auditor who has continuously up skilled herself through-out her career. She has the technical expertise, skills and knowledge to providing a range of services to her customers from Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP), Food Safety Audits and Food Safety Training for staff.

A licensed trainer to the Environmental Health Association of Ireland (EHAI), she is also a member and trainer on behalf of the Food Safety Professionals Association.
Food Safety Net Ireland are a associate member of the Restaurants Association of Ireland.
