Primary course in food safety

 This programme will provide your staff with all the necessary skills and information set out by The Food Safety Authority of Ireland Training Guide, Level 2. Participants will attain knowledge on the principles of food hygiene and how to apply them to their workplace.

This course is suitable for any persons directly handling and preparing food within your business, chefs, kitchen staff

  •  Maintaining records and relevant documentation


On completion of this programme there is an written exam and Certification of Completion  is awarded and valid for 5 years.
