The participants will be trained to the standards set out by The Food Safety Authority of Ireland, Training Guide Level 1. It will provide knowledge of how to handle and prepare food in a safe hygiene manner within your business. This course is suitable for restaurant service staff, kitchen assistants, bar service staff, childcare assistants
